Friday Festivities

The Friday before the wedding is a hectic one but you also have this since of relief going into the day. You know that this is really happening - all the planning is done, the family is in town and now it's time to celebrate!

My Friday started out by attending the Bridesmaid's Luncheon at the Poinsette Hotel thrown by all my aunts. Everything was just perfect right down the to miniature cakes they had made!

After the bridesmainds luncheon, we stopped in at the rehearsal dinner venue to see how the setup was going then headed back home to relax and get ready for the rehearsal. (I may have gotten in my pjs, watched an episode of Grey's Anatomy and taken a nap!) The rehearsal at the church ran seamlessly and then we were off to Zen in downtown Greenville for the rehearsal dinner. It was SUCH a fun night! We had some touching... and funny speeches, a good low country boil for dinner and then headed across the street for some drinks afterwards... Until midnight when I had to turn in for the big day!
