Please say a little (or huge) prayer for 2 of my good friends, Tim and Jenny. Tim and I have been friends since high school and Jenny and I were friends in college and then worked together for a few years after. Tim was diagnosed with colon cancer about 3 years ago (and right before their wedding) and has been fighting hard ever since. They recently got some news that the trial program he was currently involved in wasn't helping him and while this isn't the worse news they could get, it does mean they have to go back to the drawing board with his treatments.
Tim and Jenny have proven to be some of the strongest people I know through all of this and I truely admire their spirit and attitudes through what has to be the most difficult situation handed to any human being... let alone newlyweds in their 20s (orrrr 30's for Tim as of a few weeks ago hehe).
So if you have a moment, please send some good thoughts and prayers their way... they, more than anybody, deserve some good news.
